Well what an adventure! The 40th Anniversary Wellington Dragon Boat Festival certainly lived up to its hype. Teams from all over New Zealand, Australia and overseas descended on Wellington to compete.  Windy Wellington put on a show, with some truly tricky conditions that had crews not just battling each other, but also Mother Nature! It was wet, it was wild, kind of scary at times, but great fun!

Teaming up with Manning River Dragons, Subbies came away with two medals, some new friends and wonderful memories.
